Mexican cheese package design for La Chona Cheese

Company: Schreiber Foods, Inc.
Project: Package design exploration for Mexican queso (cheese) private labels.
Purpose: Reposition product for national distribution via general market and Hispanocentric stores.
Solution: Visually rebrand La Chona with a variety of looks to resonate with different private labelers. Graphic treatments ranged from traditional Mexican to minimalist contemporary. The strategic common thread is vivid, eye-catching design to facilitate the unique merchandising of the product in a sea of packaging sameness.
Outcome: Schreiber Foods, Inc. conducted private product labeling, so UNO is not aware of the final design selections.
