Project:
Sales manual and accompanying PowerPoint presentation.

Purpose:
Provide representatives with sales tools to adequately explain MedicareRx Plans to Latinos.

Solution:
A train-the-trainer format was initiated to develop this extensive, step-by-step MedicareRx presentation instructional manual. Content was provided in Spanish only, informing the sales force of how to best engage with Latino customers and providing multiple tips and tools to promote presentation consistency and success. Manual sections included: 1) Introduction, 2) Presentation Preparation, 3) Manual Utility, 4) Frequently Asked Questions and 5) Presentation Directives.

Outcome:
The sales kit was rolled out and utilized by all Southern California sales personnel.
